To Hell With The EP

I’m just going with 3 or 4 songs, submitting them to Battle Audio when they’re all finished.

Ever Tried to Write Skullstep D&B That Sounds Really Badass, While Elsewhere In Life, You’re Stuck in the Crushing Grip of a Depression?

It’s fucking impossible.

EDM moments/America ruining for everyone.

What the fucking fuck fuck is this shit?

EDM moment 900 - when you get knifed at a dance for being a dick.

I’d rather have a 100 people MCing in my ear than have to see this shit.

this is actually sickening

This blog is the dumbest thing I have seen on tumblr since all the attention whores at my school made tumblrs to spam everyone with “SWAGSWAGSWAG”

Destroy it.

Info On The E.P. I’m Releasing:

1) The Cage - A destructive, repetitive song with lots of ambient elements, and intro to a harder style than my earlier releases that revolved around a more E-sassin/Invid style.

2) Frame-shift - a heavy, half-step beat, lots of SFX

3) Vengeance - Seriously fast beat, lots of Amen breaks and experimentation with other breakbeats, and lotsa bass

4) Mind-Prison - a more dungeon/neurofunk feel, lots of neuro-bass

The E.P. will bring in more work on making a sound that resembles that of something more professional, with lots more time put into mixing and mastering, I’m not making stuff that takes about 2 days to make, max.  A hell of a lot more work will be used for making these songs sound better than anything I’ve ever done before.  More synthesizers will be used than just one neuro-bass, and more drumkit variation as well.  I’ll enjoy releasing this.

It will be submitted to a label known as Battle Audio Records, a label that specializes mostly in Hard D&B, Breakcore, and Hardcore.

Yup. Faith in humanity lost again. Pitbull (the terrible fucking excuse for a “rapper”)?
Yeah, that guy. He took the AWESOME melody from “Take On Me,” one of the greatest songs from the ‘80’s to ever exist.
And he FUCKING RUINED IT. He took the synth melody, and he put it in with his terrible voice and some ugly woman singing like a dead whore with mad cow disease. You can make the good rap not popular anymore, and you can put autotune on everything, that’s fine. But you fuck with Take on Me and I’ll kick your teeth in.

Preview of “The Cage” from my forthcoming EP “The Cage” that I’ll work on submitting to a label, preferrably Shameless House And Techno.

Got my hands on The Story So Far’s new release!
IT’S FUCKING GODLY
Things I Can’t Change, Stifled, Playing the Victim, Empty Space, All Wrong, Bad Luck, and Framework are probably my favorites.
Actually, I take that back.  It seems The Story So Far are continuing their tradition of making albums that don’t have a single unlikable song on them!

ghost-prototype-machine asked: Alright then. What's your opinion on Prototype 2 so far? Btw, what happened to the band you were part of with that metalhead guy on youtube?

I think it’s a damn good game.  I think the characterization of Mercer is a bit off, though - the first game portrayed him as a haunted anti-hero driven by vengeance, just trying to put an end to the madness he’s become part of.  Now, in the sequel - he’s some crazed, evil bastard trying to build a fucking army of blacklight-infected scientists?  i never finished the first (yet) so maybe that’s something I missed, but it just doesn’t make too much sense.  James Heller’s character is pretty awesome, and Father Guerra is a pretty awesome support character. The gameplay is awesome, even more than the first.  There’s just something incredibly cathartic about ripping the rocket launcher off of a helicopter that’s been shooting at you, shooting it down, then looking to see if any of them survived, finding a soldier crawling from the wreckage, turning him into a biological bomb, and throwing him in the middle of a traffic jam to get crushed by every taxi around for 50 square feet.  The graphics (which, surprisingly, my computer can handle quite well) are pretty nice - whereas the first game looked a Google-render-copy/paste of NYC with some light-posts, cars and civvies around, the newest rendition of N.Y.Z. is very well created, giving a nice, absorbing impression of a slum-like section of New York, downtrodden by disease, quarantine, and a nefarious genetics corporation’s private army.  I love it!

And it depends which band you’re referring to -

Notch, our melodic death metal band, has been renamed to something I don’t remember, and I left it because I got bored of melodic death metal.

Donuts & Coffee - our hardcore punk band was dissolved because nobody cared.

Rl’yeh - our brutal death metal band is in the recording stage

and Smokebomb Tripmine - our sludge metal band is currently fucking around, trying to pay a deviantart artist to draw a bunch of forest nymphs smoking, and jamming.

So, me and the members of my old band got back together and started a Sludge/Doom band called Smokebomb Tripmine,  I think that’s the greatest human skull I’ve ever drawn.  EVAR
